A CHRISTMAS MEME

Wrapping paper or gift bags? Wrapping paper, it's more fun to tear off. It just wouldn't be Christmas without tiny pieces of wrapping papers taped to the edges of your present.

Real tree or Artificial? ARtificial. They look better. Sorry, it's the truth. they are also less messy and you don't have to water them.

When do you put up the tree? the weekend before Thankmas...er, Thanksgiving.

When do you take the tree down? New Year's eve, usually.

Do you like eggnog? I love it.

Favorite gift received as a child? Geez...too many to mention. Jaba the Hutt and the soldier mountain always stand out, though.

Do you have a nativity scene? Two...one carved by Noble McGee, and one we can't seem to find.

Hardest person to buy for? My dad....he likes books, but my wife doesn't want us to ALWAYS give him books. The hard part is trying to decide exactly what to buy him.

Easiest person to buy for? Collins. He has no expectations.

Mail or email Christmas cards? Mail. It's hard to put an emailed Christmas card on your mantle.

Worst Christmas? 2 years ago. Gracie got sick Christmas morning, so we couldn't go to anyone's house to celebrate. The kids were happy..but it seemed cramped, and it was raining heavy outside.

Worst Christmas gift you ever received? I got an unspeakble present from a friend years ago. It was so bad, I actually told him it was the worst present I had ever gotten. I had just spent too much money on them, and he got me an insulting gag gift.

Favorite Christmas Movie? It was a Christmas Story...but now, it might be "It's a Wonderful life". Ah....I guess I'll still say "a Christmas Story", but I've seen it so many times I can't seem to sit through it anymore.

Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? 1 time. However, it was something I really wanted..but someone stopped by with a present and I didn't have anything for them...so I gave them something I had just received.

Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Chocolate covered cherries.

Clear lights or colored on the tree? Colored blinking lights. Our tree is white lights, but I think we'll use some colored lights next year for the kids..and me.

Favorite Christmas song? Oh, Holy Night

Travel at Christmas or stay home? Home..but visit grandparents.

Can you name all of Santa's reindeer? If I sing the Rudolph song.

Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? Morning.

Most annoying thing about this time of year? Nothing. It's perfect.

Favorite thing about this time of year? Sharing memories, and seeing my kids face. Really, I guess it's just everyone being together.

Favorite ornament, theme, or color? A old bird feeder ornament my grandman made that we put on the tree every year.

> Favorite food for Christmas dinner? Eve...prime rib at the inlaws...Day...Turkey and mom and dad's. Also, It just wouldn't be Christmas without a BBQ ham and stew.
